We accept submissions and query letters by conventional mail or by email. Your query letter should:

1. State the genre of your work and include a brief description of the project and the approximate word count.
   
2. State your qualifications and previous writing or publishing experience or include some basic information about your background.
   
3. Include all your contact information.
   
4. Include a one to two page synopsis if you are submitting a novel as well as the first ten pages of the first chapter only.
   
5. State whether or not your work has been previously shown to publishers.

If you are submitting fiction do not send us the entire manuscript unless it has been requested. If you are submitting non-fiction please do so by conventional mail or email.

If you are sending us materials that you would like to have returned, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with the correct postage amount. If you would like us to recycle your materials please let us know.

Note that:

1. We do not accept children's or young adult novels, plays, screenplays or poetry.
